Southeast Agricultural Research and Extension Center, Manheim, PA; Farmers
and ag professionals can come and see the latest in no-till crop management,
from planting and manure equipment to cover crops to pest and nutrient
management. Penn State faculty, county extension educators, and
representatives from the ag industry will be on hand to showcase research

Horse Association Region 15 Championship; Virginia Horse Center,

Fruit Growers Dinner and Meeting; Event will be held at the USDA
Appalachian Fruit Research Station, Kearneysville, West Virginia and starts

August 14: Vineyard Workshop;
Virginia Vineyards Association’s annual summer technical meeting will
comprise a grapevine canopy management workshop to feature Dr. Richard
Smart. Dr. Smart is internationally known for his viticulture research and
vineyard consulting services. He is the senior author of Sunlight into Wine
which has been the essential canopy management workbook for over 15 years.

August 23: Virginia Angus Association
field day; Keysville, Va.; Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy
